I lack the words to describe how deliciously creamy and wonderful this ice cream is! I served it to dinner guests and they couldn’t get over its rich chocolaty flavor. It’s one of my favorite recipes from my Chocolate ebook, and one that is sure to win over the chocoholics in your life.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, soaked 2 hours
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 T Jem red maca cinnamon almond butter
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 cup dates, packed
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/8 t sea salt
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 T coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
- Process in the ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
